For a whistle stop tour of what ITIL means to CIO's you really need to check out Ben Worthen's excellent article over at CIO.com.
Entitled "ITIL Power", Ben covers the history and current thinking behind several mini scenarios where executives and CIO's are explaining about what ITIL can do for them and Why they want to do it.
The article runs over 5 'pages' and is easy to absorb - but check out the excellent readers comments section at the bottom of each page too. There are some very thought provoking comments in there!!
